Breath & Balance is the program for you if you are are looking to create and maintain balance in your life! In this 6-week program, you will learn the skills needed to live a stress-free, healthy and happy life; all through achieving balance.  Focusing on mindfulness practices, breath work, stress management, nutrition, and body movement, Breath & Balance will help you align your body, mind, and spirit.  

Balance is achieved when there is a harmonious alignment between body, mind, and spirit. Through stress management techniques, you will learn how to control and manage your daily (and long-term) stressors, which can wreak havoc not only on your mind but your body, as well. Mindfulness practices such as breath work, meditation, and grounding  improve your personal peace, gratitude, and happiness, naturally reducing stress. Mindfulness practices can also help you connect with a higher consciousness that can have major benefits in many aspects of life. By understanding what a balanced, nutrient-dense, diet looks like, you will feel empowered to eat a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet; leaving you with more energy and less inflammation. Finally, through light body movement, you might just fall in love with exercise when it isn’t painful! Light body movement can leave your body feeling energized and loose without being sore the next day!
